The most memorable part of the day was... as I walked down the aisle. I couldn't wait to become Mrs Doe and was so excited to hear my sister singing during the signing of the register. A pleasant surprise on the day was... as we left the ceremony we were greeted outside by a chimney sweep - my mum and dad had hired him for good luck. A special moment on the day was... when I found out that we will be parents for the first time. We were over the moon and it really added to the excitement of the day. Overall, our day can't be... summed up in a few words. We're still on cloud nine and aren't ready to come down just yet.

The most memorable part of the day... has to be the speeches. Daniel, the best man, and my father were all very nervous beforehand and between them made quite a few trips to the bathroom as the wedding breakfast came to a close. But they had no reason to be nervous, each speech was fabulous and from the heart. Everyone cried tears of laughter and emotion - there wasn't a dry eye in the room. A pleasant surprise on the day was... definitely the car. As I was staying just miles away from the venue, my father said he would arrange a cab to take the bridal party to the ceremony. Much to my surprise the cab turned out to be a vintage Rolls-Royce! Overall our day was... just like a fairytale.

Lucy says:
The most memorable part of our day was... as I walked down the aisle and Matt turned to look at me with tears in his eyes. Our ceremony was very special because... although I had organised a harpist to play, Matt had secretly arranged for a singer and pianist to join in. Together they played My Heart Will Go On by Celine Dion. We chose this song because our first date - aged 15 - was to the cinema to watch Titanic. It was an extra special touch that made walking down the aisle all the more memorable. The biggest surprise on the day was... the number of ushers Matt and I had. I was aware there would be six, but on the day there appeared to be a few more - 11 to be exact.

Amie says:
The most memorable part of the day was... at our reception, when we looked at the dancefloor and saw the smiling faces of all our guests. Everybody looked as though they were having a fabulous time and we couldn't have asked for more. A pleasant surprise was... that one of my bridesmaids had made a photo album of my life, from when I was a baby right through to the wedding day. It was such a thoughtful gift and it really meant a lot to me. Our bridal suite was particularly special because... Paul had secretly decorated it with rose petals, chocolates and champagne - it was fantastic. Overall our day was... like a dream come true.
